We offer some unique services at more affordable prices than our competitors. We also choose to validate all buyers and sellers because it helps make transactions on Gun Club more reliable. To be validated as a buyer or seller there is a onetime fee of $1.50. Less deadbeat buyers = less hassle for you.
Not only are we using some of the most advance auction software available, we offer our members a number of free services not found on similar sites. There is a store function available for Federal Firearms Licenses (FFLs) to showcase their wares. The basic store is free and fully customizable. Upgrades for sellers with many items are available for just a few dollars a month. If you have a brick and mortar store and don’t currently have a way to sell your products online, we have a solution for you.
FFL dealers, clubs, gunsmiths, shooting ranges and training facilities can set up their own pages which promote their businesses for free. Not only can they educate potential customers about the services they offer, they can use Gun Club’s built in communication tools to stay in contact with them. In addition, the pages are listed in our directory service making it a snap for potential clients to find and engage them. Again, this service is offered to you at no cost. Just sign up for a free membership and start generating new leads today.
We also provide forums for discussing firearm related topics. Our forums provide a way for other users to vote posts up and down. This democratically managed system helps raise relevant points to the top while less pertinent information is pushed to the bottom of the discussion. Doing so allows you to quickly get the information you are looking for.
Our news feeds keeps you abreast of the latest firearm related news and media. Whether it be pending laws that may affect your business, product information, or training videos, we stream from many reliable sources to keep you as informed as possible.
Many of you have surely had this happen before; you have been bidding on an item for hours and at the last second, someone outbids you. Our auction systems anti-sniping feature eliminates buyers who use tools or software to buy items at the very last second. Sniping is impossible at Gun Club. Here is how this feature works. If an auction is scheduled to end at 4:00 pm and a potential buyer makes a bid at 3:59:50 pm the end time of the auction will change to 4:09:50 pm, giving any other potential buyers an opportunity to bid again. This repeats each time a bid is made that occurs less than 10 minutes before the auction ends. This means that after each bid the, minimum time left on the auction is 10 minutes. While this can drag some auctions out, it equalizes the bidding field and helps a seller receive top dollar for their items. This combined with our low End of Auction Fees (EAFs) keeps both buyers and sellers satisfied.
Not only can you add pictures to your auction, our feature laden system allows you to add videos. This is a first in the industry. While pictures are nice for detail, a short, 30 second video of the item in action says much more. They can see the bolt open and close. They can hear the cylinder spin and the hammer lock. Providing a video allows buyers to be sure they are getting exactly what they are paying for
There is no fee to create an auction and our final fees are very competitive. During our Grand Opening Sale, EAFs are capped at $10. Please see our fees page for current prices.
We recommend using GPal to complete your transactions. This is because there are many common scams using checks, bank checks and money orders in which the perpetrators create bad checks that appear to be valid. You could be out 100′s if not 1000′s of dollars. This is not as much of a risk when selling controlled items, because the buyer has to show up at an FFL and show identification, however items that can be transferred directly are very much at risk.
