ROY — Roy police are saying the man involved in a domestic violence situation with his girlfriend Thursday was killed by the girlfriend's niece. They say it was an act of self defense. PHOENIX — A Phoenix man fired his gun at two suspects who reportedly tried to break into his home Tuesday afternoon. A father-of-two was arrested by police for firing an AK47 rifle into the ground outside his New York house in a bid to scare off gang members.
